A Note from Owner Allison Howell

I fell in love with paper in high school and have been mesmerized ever since. While working in a store that made custom invitations, I was always amazed at the process of turning ordinary paper and ribbon into beautiful invitations and announcements. After that introduction to the worlds of paper and design, I knew I wanted to use my creativity and desire for excellence to produce similar expressions.

Making cards and invitations has always been a hobby of mine but it is now a joy to be able to create invitations and announcements for others. I began Ink Invitations only after working in other areas of the event industry. My experiences planning and coordinating events and weddings at Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton, California taught me a lot about the importance of every aspect of a special occasion. An event can be inspired, influenced, and enhanced by many elements including the location, flowers, decor, food, and guests. I make invitations because I believe they have the power to set the tone for an entire event. I love helping clients create an expression of themselves that will introduce their guests to what is to come.

Invitations and announcements from Ink Invitations are all custom-designed and made by hand. Many of our designs use fabric in addition to traditional paper elements. We believe that fabric inner envelopes or pockets add a unique touch to an already exciting invitation. We also carry the full line of Envelopments products and are proud to incorporate them in many of our designs.
