Planning Resources

One of the best tools we've found to search for wedding and event locations and vendors in California is Here Comes the Guide. All of the vendors they recommend must submit 25-30 industry references before appearing in the guide so you know they are trustworthy professionals. Their location descriptions are also helpful because they include lots of useful information about capacities and catering options so you can easily do a side-by-side comparison.

An excellent resource for weddings is Martha Stewart Weddings magazine. Find information on everything from getting started, etiquette, and groom's responsibilities to cake and favor ideas. Each issue of the magazine contains an excellent wedding timeline and budget planner.

Mywedding.com is a great resource for planning any event. With event vendors in more than twenty cities nationwide, they provide help for almost every bride or hostess.

Professional Associations

Ink Invitations is actively involved in the Association of Bridal Consultants, a national organization connecting and educating wedding consultants and vendors. We participate in both the Greater Los Angeles area and Orange County chapters.
